I have personally trialed lots of different methods of diets and training for my own personal goals, along with coaching many clients, adds to the experience I have gained over the years and to helping achieve healthy sustainable results for the people I work with.
My Own Transformation from being a “cardio bunny” in my early 20’s, to lifting heavy weights approaching my 30s has helped me to change my perception of myself. I was never happy with how I looked or how my body felt. I went through periods in my teens of bulimia and anorexia, unhealthy restrictive and fad diets, hoping that one day I would find happiness with myself. But it wasn’t until I started lifting heavy that I realized the feeling of being strong was far more empowering. It was then that I started to notice positive changes in my body, my eating habits became much healthier – less restriction, more nourishment! I finally started to achieve the shape I’d always wanted!
